👉APPLES: 

Scientific name of apple is Psidium guajava.

Apple, Apple and Apple everywhere and every place this fruit was available. It’s very good for health. Some of the health benefits i am going to share here. In this we have A, B1, B2, B6, Biotin, folic acid and pantothenic acid vitamins are available and Choline, copper, iron, magnesium, manganese, phosphorus, potassium, sulfur and sodium Minerals are available. So many benefits are there in apple i.e Bone protection, help to reduce asthema, diabetes management purpose, Alzheimer’s Prevention, Lovers cholesterol and lung cancer prevention purpose very useful. So everyone eat at-least one apple every day.

👉BANANA: 

Scientific name of banana is Musa sapientum.

Banana is the very famous fruit in every place. Everyone has to eat at least one banana in a day. From this fruit we will get more benefits i.e Heartburn Relief, Eyesight Protection, Reducing depression, reduce the risk of blood pressure and highly protective to kidney health. And it reduces risk of kidney cancer too. So. Educate everyone to eat banana every day. In these bananas we have more types of varieties.

👉MANGO: 

Scientific name of mango is Manguifera indica.

Mango is the very favorite fruit of all. But it is seasonal fruit. In that season in every market we almost get this fruit. Benefits for eating this fruits are so many. Let me share those benefits. By eating this fruit Heart disease will decrease. Protect against fever, respiratory problems and protect against kidney problems including Nephritis.
So why are you waiting for. Yes eat this fruit when you find.

👉Water Melon: 

Scientific name of Water Melon is Cucumis melo.

Water Melon is the very famous and well known by everyone. In this amount of water is very high. This is also seasonal fruit. Mostly in summer season everywhere we will get. By eating this reduces the risk of colon cancer. Decreasing the Heart Diseases, Prostate cancer. Help to reducing the severity of asthma and protect against macular degeneration. So eat this fruit in summer.

👉Papaya: 

Scientific name of Papaya is Carica papaya.

Papaya is very famous fruit. Most of the houses we will find these trees. This fruit is very dangerous to Pregnant Women and very useful after delivery. This fruit is helping to increase mother milk.
So that baby will get sufficient feed from mother. This fruit is easily digestible, prevents nausea, Prevent constipation, Prevent cancer in organs, Glands with Epithelial tissue and helps relieving infection of the colon. So, eat papaya and be healthy.
